Izumibashi Junmai Kimoto Kuro Tonbo is a full-bodied, deeply savory Japanese sake widely celebrated for its rich umami profile and traditional craftsmanship. It is produced by the Izumibashi Sake Brewery in Kanagawa, Japan. This estate-grown brewery manages every phase of production “from seed to bottle”. Subtle and mature with notes of steamed rice, chestnuts, nougat, cocoa, and a hint of dried fruit. Strikingly soft, plump, and creamy. It features an intense, complex layer of earthiness, savory umami, and lactic character.
