Type of Wine: Red Grape: Negra Mole Region: Algarve Alcohol Content: 12.5% Producer: Paxá Wines Year: 2024 Size: 0.75L Vinification: Very selective manual harvest, in 20kg boxes, was vinified at controlled temperature and subsequently aged in 225-liter French oak barrels for 6 months. Tasting Notes: Soft ruby color. Complex aroma with floral notes of rose, cherry, and slight vegetal hints. On the palate, smooth, light, and slightly salty with fruity flavor and cherry notes. Pairing: Goes well with grilled sardines, tuna stew, or cuttlefish in ink. Should be served at 12ºC temperature.
