The model GRT10 is a three-phase cutting unit suitable for cutting thick textiles and technical fabrics. It represents the highest level in technology and safety. The GRT10 is powerful, reliable, and light (less than 3 Kg). The cutting combination of knife and counter-blade guarantees clean cuts without rag grinding. In addition to this, the three-phase induction motor is balanced and noiseless. This cutting unit does not need any regular maintenance so can easily be used during a continuous 24-hour production process. The 6-edged 100mm knife allows a cutting thickness up to 35mm. The GRT10 is ideal for transversal cutting and is arranged with an anchor flange to be easily adjusted on a fixed or automated hanger. The aluminium base is Teflon® coated to reduce friction with the material and can be installed on sliding rails within a small space. The semi-automatic sharpening stone allows the blade to be sharpened in less than 10 seconds without removing the knife. For stepless trimming processes the GRT10 is also available in the left version (specular) as model GRT10L. The low-cost maintenance and handling make the GRT10 the most powerful and reliable cutting solution for any O.E.M. application.
