The soil here is predominantly clay-limestone and while the climate is Mediterranean, the wines possess exquisite freshness and tension as a consequence of the vines being grown on a single large north-facing slope. In 3 litre bag-in-box, the Emergency Juice Rouge is a silky, vibrant light red made primarily from Pinot Noir with small amounts of Merlot and Marselan. Fermented with natural yeast and packaged without filtration, this is a raspberry and strawberry fruit bomb perfect served direct from the fridge.
