TEKMAR TB-HV - Pallet Adhesive

TEKMAR TB-HV is a revolutionary water-based pallet adhesive with no solvents or other hazardous ingredients, and is completely non-hazardous and non-toxic. TB-HV provides tremendous savings. One quart of TB-HV can replace over 30 cans of spray adhesive. Up to 60 shirts can be printed with a single application. Apply a 1/8″ bead of TB-HV in a line across the pallet. Then use a plastic spreader or an Ultimate Clean Up Card to spread the adhesive evenly over the pallet. The adhesive dries in seconds due to its advanced acrylic polymer and high solid content. As TB-HV begins to lose its tack due to lint buildup, stickiness can be revived by spraying with water and wiping off the lint with a scrub pad. Bonus item: Each container of TB-HV includes a complementary plastic spreader! Other interesting information: The shelf life of TB-HV is many years. We have some TB-HV that is almost 20 years old, and it works perfectly. Truly amazing stuff. We recommend putting TB-HV in an 8oz or 12oz squirt bottle for easier application. TB-HV can be cut with water, which allows a thinner layer application. This is often desired when applying TB-HV over an existing layer of TB-HV. Once TB-HV dries, it never loses its tack.
