A properly fitting smart ring will result in the highest possible data accuracy, comfort, and overall experience. Our smart ring sizes are slightly different from standard ring sizes, so it is important to size yourself using our tools and to follow our sizing instructions. The smart ring works on all fingers and can be worn on either hand. For optimal accuracy, we recommend wearing your smart ring on your index, middle, or ring finger.
