Each pair of Palola footwear is lasted by hand using traditional Italian shoemaking techniques. The Palola x Amanda Leong collection is a collaboration between Palola and former beauty queen turned digital content creator, Amanda Leong. A self-confessed shoe fiend, Amanda personally designed and tested each of the designs in the collection, which she describes as offering a "shoe for every woman". The collection also features footwear styles with 3 different heel heights, allowing them to suit every occasion, from day to night. The Miranda 55 heeled sandal features Amanda's interpretation of the classic T-bar sandal, and she intentionally paired it with a 55mm kitten heel to elevate the design and allow it to be elegant enough even for evening wear.
