Safe Work Environment Provision

The safe working environment clause is a statement in a legal contract that provides protection for the photographer if the photographic event becomes unsafe. Identifies a point of contact to be notified to fix the issue Allows Photographer to terminate the coverage Identifies type of situations that could be unsafe (physical, sexual, etc.) Note: This is not a waiver of liability/assumption of risk.
