Our seasonal asparagus box is back - celebrating the British asparagus season with unique hot smoked trout and asparagus fishcakes plus two fresh fillet twin packs, two bunches of fresh asparagus and jar of hollandaise for the perfect Spring combination. The box includes: 2 x 260g ChalkStream® fresh fillet portion twin packs 2 x 200g bundles of fresh English asparagus 4 x 80g ChalkStream® trout and asparagus fish cakes 1 x Jar of Hollandaise 150g minimum. 1 x lemon Minimum 3 days shelf life for fresh trout and 3 days for the asparagus and fish cakes. Fish cake Ingredients (allergy advice in bold): Hot smoked trout (FISH), potatoes, asparagus, onions, MUSTARD, lemon zest, parsley, salt & pepper, breadcrumbs (WHEAT FLOUR), (calcium carbonate, iron, niacin, thiamin), lemon zest, sunflower oil, EGG seasoning.
