Tomato, Mozzarella & Basil Pesto Focaccia

Introducing our Tomato, Mozzarella & Basil Pesto Focaccia - made using our traditional focaccia dough and shaped into a 30cm round. A great centrepiece to an evening meal or a perfect sharing bread for a picnic. Ingredients: strong white flour (gluten), salt, yeast, water, olive oil, mozzarella (milk), tomato, basil, pine nuts (nut), parmesan, lemon garlic. Allergens in brackets. Made in a bakery that handles milk, gluten, soya, nuts, sesame and eggs.
