Ingredients Whole skin-on chicken legs marinated in: Wheat (gluten) flour (contains calcium, iron, niacin, thiamin), salt, spices, citric acid (E330), flavour enhancer (E621), onion, paprika, lemon flavour, white vinegar, water, sunflower oil. Cooking Guide Preparation Remove chicken legs from the fridge 30–45 minutes before cooking to come to room temperature. Preheat your oven, grill or BBQ. Oven-Roasting Preheat oven to 200°C (fan 180°C) / 400°F. Place the legs on a baking tray or roasting tin (skin side up). Roast for 35–45 minutes, turning once if you like, until the skin is crisp and the meat is cooked through. Ensure the internal temperature reaches 75°C (165°F) at the thickest part. Rest for 5–10 minutes before serving. Grilling / BBQ Preheat grill or BBQ to medium–high. Cook for 30–35 minutes, turning occasionally to avoid burning and to develop a nice char. Optional: baste with a little oil during cooking to keep them extra juicy. Check they reach 75°C (165°F) before serving.
