This hood is sourced from a trusted supplier and is not designed or made by me. I have tested the products for both quality and practicality with great results. Installation is straightforward: remove the original front ring from your GR body, then rotate this hood onto the camera until it reaches its fixed position. There’s no click‑lock mechanism, the hood simply tightens into place on the mount. The silicone material can attract a bit of dust in normal use, but it’s easy to clean. A quick wipe with a lens wet cloth or slightly damp lens tissue will remove dust and marks without issue, keeping the hood looking tidy. (Camera not included.)
