Lambrusco Grasparossa di Castelvetro Secco 'Spiriti Folletti'

A wonderfully fresh and characterful dry Lambrusco from the heart of Emilia-Romagna, ‘Spiriti Folletti’ is made from estate-grown grapes in Solignano Vecchio by Tenuta Pederzana. Grapes are hand-harvested and undergo a gentle two-day maceration at low temperatures, followed by primary fermentation and four months' refinement in stainless steel. A second fermentation includes cold soaking for natural clarification, resulting in a clean, expressive wine. In the glass, it’s delicately aromatic with bright notes of cherry and wild strawberry. The palate is dry and vibrant, with lively acidity and soft tannins on the finish, making it an ideal match for pizza, charcuterie, and a wide array of Italian appetizers. A charming, food-friendly fizz with plenty of regional authenticity.
