Twin Vintage Cotton Kantha Quilt

Our Cotton Kantha Quilts are 3 layers of vintage saris hand stitched together by women in India who are trying to rise out of poverty. We love these thin quilts as bed spreads, as a throw on a sofa, on picnics, at the beach, to keep in a vehicle, summer nights and around camp fires! Approximately 85" x 55" 100% upcycled muslin cotton. Machine wash cold, gentle cycle. Tumble dry. One of a kind. Each quilt is unique. 3 layers of cotton stitched together with no batting. Similar to the thickness of a throw blanket. Because these are all made from vintage/previously worn fabric, imperfections such as small stains or snags should be expected. Rather than flaws, these subtle imperfections are reminders of the women who wore the scarves and the lives of the women who stitched the quilts.
