Egyptian Revival Snakes Bangle
The most wonderful Art Deco bangle formed as a double-headed snake. It's beautifully enamelled with green, white, and red scales and typically 'Deco geometric lines to the two heads. The colours are Egyptian Revival through and through, but the motif, the double snakes, the whole vibe, is much more Roman. It's crafted in Sterling silver and dates from the 1930s. Might just be my fav purchase of 2026. Era: Art Deco, circa 1930 Internal Dimensions: 5.5cm by 5.5cm Internal Circumference: 6.5 inches Marks: Stamped STERLING 925 Condition: Good vintage condition. The presence of some resin inside the band indicates a possible old repair, however the piece remains structurally sound and this is not visible when worn. The enamel remains in great condition for its age with only minor losses to a few of the round scales.
