Earl Gray Shandy

This pie is a perfect refreshing spring treat! Whenever a recipe calls for water (like most traditional Lemon Meringue Pies do), we like to sneak in a little extra flavor. This time we steep it with Earl Gray Tea. We know it's not a real shandy but we like that word better than an Early Gray Arnie Palmer.
