The Old Stone 16-inch Round Pizza Stone is perfect for pizza, bread baking, pastries, and even vegetables! Made from durable cordierite that can withstand heat up to 1450°F and can be used in residential ovens, pizza ovens and grills. Absorbs heat and transfers it evenly for even baking with excellent thermal properties that prevent cracking. The stone will naturally season and discolor over time. Hand wash only. Allow the stone to cool before rinsing and air-drying.
