Silk Block Printed Bandana - Foulard

A 100% silk scarf created by master woodblock printer Yuriy Pak. Yuriy embarks on an intense 27 step process to create each woodblock scarf, using only hand tools and natural products. His natural dyes are made from walnuts, pomegranates, onions, beetroot, cabbage, flowers, indigo etc. The wooden stamps are carved from walnut and linden wood. These handmade scarves were created exclusively for isobel & cleo, using a silk fabric handwoven on a loom built specifically for Yuriy for this project, making each scarf an incredibly special and unique, heirloom piece.
