Madre is the natural evolution of a philosophy that draws value from our history, our experiences, and even our mistakes. The story of Madre begins with a historic vineyard, where father Italo was born. An elegant grape that, in its simplicity and naturalness, revealed a new face to us, rich in flavors and aromas. A different path, which we decided to take to obtain a wine that defies conventions and rules. A long journey where we found the right balance, from the vineyard to resting in the cellar, where time makes it perfect to be appreciated. A glass with an ancient and deep color that makes us feel at home. A wine of great longevity, it offers good harmony with olfactory sensations that find their rightful place in a balanced acidity, accompanied by an enveloping softness. Nothing is left to chance when dressing this particular bottle. The blue is the same as mother Chiara's eyes. The color stands out on the shellac closure and embraces the bottle with a 100% organic wrapper. The simple and clean label expresses the idea of an embrace with an embossed graphic sign. The embrace of a mother, the embrace of a flavor that welcomes us. On the nose, it is elegant and generous with great olfactory expressiveness, reflecting its parentage. The aromas of yellow peach, acacia, cedar peel, and aromatic herbs later, with aging, give way to mineral and salty notes. On the palate, it represents great vitality, elegant and lively with exhilarating freshness. Excellent as an aperitif, it pairs successfully with fish dishes, crustaceans, and seafood. Also great with white meats, cured meats, and blue cheeses, and exquisite even outside of meals. We recommend tasting it in a generously sized glass to capture its essence.
