Flake Lock Description: Flake Lock is a specialty acrylic coating designed to “lock down” your flake layer, creating a smoother, more uniform surface before applying your top coat. By slightly melting and bonding the flakes together, it helps them lay flatter, reduce texture, and minimize sharp edges—resulting in a cleaner, more professional finished floor. Applied after broadcasting and scraping your flakes, Flake Lock seals the chip layer and prepares it for a more efficient and cost-effective polyaspartic top coat application. The result is improved coverage, reduced material usage, and a noticeably smoother finish. Specifically formulated for use with Leggari Flake Floor Systems.
