Viognier 2025

Energetic and expressive, this Viognier comes out of the glass with orange blossom, tangerine, Asian pear and a little hint of fresh sea air. There's an earthy note too, which pulls it right back to Niagara: ripe fruit, good freshness and that little mineral edge we like to see. On the palate, it's Viognier through and through. Silky, textured, and generous, but not heavy. The fruit is bright, the salinity carries through, and the finish stays fresh and easy to come back to. Try it with roasted vegetables, seafood, mild curry, or something creamy and comforting.
