dreemFIRE VYRE™ Theatre – Argentinian Spit Inspired by the traditional Cordero a la Cruz cooking style of Argentina, the dreemFIRE VYRE™ Theatre Argentinian Spit brings one of the world's most iconic fire cooking techniques into the modular VYRE™ Theatre system. Designed for versatility, the spit allows you to cook everything from whole lambs and large cuts of meat to chickens, tomahawk steaks and vegetables over an open wood fire. The main frame can be adjusted to lean towards or away from the fire, allowing you to control the cooking intensity with precision. It also rotates through 360°, making it easy to position your food exactly where you need it throughout the cook. Three adjustable crossbars slide up and down independently, allowing you to securely position different cuts of meat for even cooking. Each crossbar is fitted with hooks, giving you the flexibility to hang tomahawk steaks, whole chickens, vegetables, pineapples or other ingredients directly over the fire. The Argentinian Spit has been designed to work seamlessly with the VYRE™ Theatre, but its versatility doesn't stop there.
