IRWIN FITNESS RACK ATTACHED FUNCTIONAL TRAINER Introducing our first iteration into functional training systems: the Irwin Fitness Dual Functional Trainer. Designed to attach directly to the rear uprights of any power rack, this system brings full-body dual-cable training into your footprint without burning precious floor space. Equipped with two 300lb weight stacks operating on a smooth 2:1 ratio, it delivers high-capacity, fine-tuned resistance for bilateral and unilateral movements alike. Fabricated with Canadian steel, 4.5" aluminum pulleys, high quality military spec cable, all to deliver an extremely smooth and high end training experience. This rear-mount configuration adds 8" of overall height to your power rack. Note: facilities or home gyms working with tight vertical clearance, a side-mount version adding only 1" to your existing rack height will also be joining our functional trainer lineup soon. This rack attached version is an add-on. Dual 300 LB Weight Stacks: Twin 300 lb stacks operating on a true 2:1 mechanical advantage offer a 150 lb effective resistance per side with ultra-smooth travel. Full Protective Shrouding: Steel shrouds encase both weight stacks to enhance safety, reduce noise, and present a clean, professional profile. Ergonomic Quick-Adjust Trolleys: Custom trolley handles feature an integrated squeeze release mechanism loaded with a 15 lb internal engagement springs for fast, secure vertical height adjustments. Upright Protection System: Custom machined pull pins feature a precision-machined UHMW head, ensuring your rack uprights remain completely scratch-free even if the pin isn't fully latched during adjustment. Ultra-Glide Movement: Fitted with custom-machined acetal rollers containing integrated linear bearing inserts for frictionless, bind-free gliding up and down the uprights. Custom Swivel Hooks: In-house designed 360° swivel hooks feature internal bearing construction to eliminate cable binding and twisting during complex movement angles. Commercial Drive Cable: Built with high-tensile 3/16" coated to 1/4" nylon-sheathed aircraft cable for long-term safety and durability. Customization & Finish Options: Fully Custom Powder Coating: Available in custom powder coat finishes across main frames, accent panels, and trolley components. Stainless Upright Option: Optional upgraded stainless steel adjustment uprights are available upon request for premium aesthetic appeal and wear protection. Modular Integration: Engineered to bolt directly onto Irwin Fitness power racks, or adapt to existing third-party racks via rear-mount crossmembers.
