The Vicmarc® VM150 Dual-Action Mega Chuck was designed from the ground up to be the strongest, most secure chucking system in the world for large capacity lathes. The VM150 Dual-Action Mega Chuck allows you to operate the chuck in two different modes via the selector lever on the backside of the chuck. In lever operation mode, the chuck rapidly opens, closes and tightens using levers. In key operation mode, opening, closing and tightening is done using the T-Handle. This allows for one hand operation and provides maximum gripping power. With a simple flip of the selector lever, you can quickly change the mode of operation without removing the chuck from the lathe.
