Some of the greatest treasures aren’t found in a marketplace—they’re learned from the people you meet along the journey. While waiting in Cartagena, Colombia, to ship my VW Bus across the Darién Gap, I met a fellow traveler and kindred gypsy spirit who shared the beautiful art of hand braiding ten strands of wire into a single intricate weave. That unforgettable lesson stayed with me for years, inspiring this design. The Gypsy Braid Ring features ten individually hand-braided strands of copper wire, carefully set into a handcrafted .925 sterling silver band. The warm copper tones create a striking contrast against the sterling silver, making this ring both timeless and distinctive.
