If you're buying just one wine from Giuseppe, get this one. Easily the most interesting rosato we've tried in quite some time. This Nero d'Avola, Inzola, Trebbiano blend has the signature freshness and salinity of Giuseppe's wines, but with a mouthwatering fruit profile of salty watermelon, fresh raspberries and blood orange zest. This guy is best mates with food and you can't really go too wrong with anything as a pairing. Drink slowly, share with a fellow wine nerd, and watch it evolve in your glass.
