The Dark Knight (2008) - A Prop Gotham Fire Department Sign

Estimate: £200 - £300 The Prop Gotham Fire Department Sign used in Director Christopher Nolan’s epic Superhero Film. The Sign has been printed onto a gloss laminate with the adhesive backing still intact (34x41cm) & has a central motif with two eagles & an American Flag. The signs were created by the Art Department specifically for the Fire Engines seen in the Film. Ultimately unused; but remaining a visually striking production used piece from this iconic Film. The Sign comes mounted inside a bespoke framed display (18x17”) with a corresponding still & a descriptive plaque.
