Vintage 1980s Trachten Style Green Linen Pencil Skirt with Red Belt

Lovely vintage skirt from the 1980s from Germany in a green linen of linen blend with a red suede belt with gorgeous details and buckle. Small horn or horn like decorative buttons at the bottom. The belt is most likely a very good faux suede. Good enough that I not 100% sure. Zipper in back, fully lined, lightly elastic waistband. Label reads: none. Probably a medium size but do see measurements below. Near mint vintage condition. Measurements when lying flat. Doubled at waist and hip. Waist: 27" at rest to about 30" pulled taut Hips: 40" Waist to bottom hem: 25.5" Belt: 23.5" to 29.5" as is with a few inches for more holes if you like Please note: These are vintage, preworn and/or preloved items.
