The stitching on the brim is not done by machine or embroidery; instead, it is sewn by hand, one stitch at a time, by skilled artisans. Rather than uniform perfection, it features the unique character that comes from handcrafted work. The body is made from a washed cotton-nylon blend fabric. The piping at the tip of the brim is crafted from cotton-hemp gabardine. With its lightweight, smooth texture, this hat is designed to be worn year-round.
