Part of Pioneer Coffee Roasters’ Trade Reserve, this coffee was selected for the remarkable sweetness, fruit character, and complexity created through its meticulous natural processing. Ripe coffee cherries are handpicked before undergoing a 24-hour pre-fermentation. After careful floating and sorting, the coffee is slowly dried, allowing its natural fruit character to develop into a beautifully layered cup. Expect vibrant raspberry, deep grape, and creamy milk chocolate, supported by pronounced sweetness, lively acidity, and a substantial body. The result is a fruit-forward coffee that remains refined and exceptionally balanced.
