Tasting Notes: This luxurious Canadian Icewine is crafted from grapes frozen naturally on the vine during Canada’s cold winters. They are picked during the coldest hours of the night and pressed to source only a few drops of concentrated juice from each grape. Our Icewine is made by nature and perfected by our award-winning Winemaker. Our Vidal Icewine is a lovely deep golden colour. It greets you on the nose with tropical fruit character, consisting of notes of honey, pineapple, mango, and lychee. This is a medium bodied Icewine, with a rich acidity and balanced sweetness.
