The Savinelli Dolomiti is a stunning looking range of pipes named after the Dolomites, a mountain range located in North-eastern Italy and part of the Southern Limestone Alps. This 321 is a half-bent Author, with a smooth polished finish, it has a chunky reassuring feel in the hand, the bowl holds a good amount of tobacco and the pipe just oozes confidence. The smooth finish has been lightly polished so that the beauty of the natural grain is highlighted. The acrylic stem has a fishtail mouthpiece, it features brown and cream swirls and reminds you of the mountains catching the evening sunlight and casting earthy coloured shadows over the rocks. An ivory coloured acrylic band finishes the job. This is a 9mm balsa filter pipe. A spare 9mm active charcoal filter is supplied in the box but there is no plastic converter.
