Sancerre Blanc

White gold in color, bright and clear with a silvery sheen. The nose is refined rather than showy, built on crisp white-fleshed fruit like peach and pear, acacia blossom, citrus, and a chalky mineral edge. On the palate it's fresh but has real volume and a silky texture, finishing long with a distinct saline pull.
