Over the centuries, classic blends have evolved to offer winemakers flexibility from vintage to vintage. How did these blends evolve? How does climate and terroir influence the various styles and winemaker choices? From Priorat in Spain, the Rhône Valley of France, and to the Meritages of the New World, taste and learn as we do a deep dive into the science and art of blend winemaking.
