Crafted in California from local cool-climate organic Mendocino Chardonnay, Woody's Blanc de Blanc non-alcoholic sparkling wine goes through gentle dealcoholization via vacuum distillation. They add a touch of sugar for balance – similar to the liqueur d’expédition used in classical method sparkling wines – followed by natural flavors and some light carbonation for a refined sparkle. The result is crisp and clean, with bright acidity, subtle minerality, and a polished, refreshing finish.
