Barbeito Madeira Dry
A superb dry Madeira from the volcanic island of Madeira, Portugal, crafted primarily from Tinta Negra and Sercial grapes. Produced by the renowned family-run Vinhos Barbeito, this wine is aged using the traditional canteiro method in French oak casks for at least three to five years. It presents a pale gold color with an aromatic nose featuring notes of dried fruit, pistachio, citrus peel, and fine herbs. On the palate, it is light-bodied, fresh, and well-balanced with a crisp, long mineral finish. An excellent choice as an aperitif, it pairs perfectly with salted nuts, olives, tapas, and a variety of cheeses.
