This comes from biodynamic extraordinaire Julien Mus. Julien stepped away from his usual of making big burly Chateauneuf du Pape, taking agency of a tiny ancient vineyard outside of Coursan. Adopting a field blending approach alongside natural fermentation, this biodynamic number is sunshine in a glass - think lemon curd, grapefruit and peach skins.
