Our Mexican features flavor notes of cocoa & malt. It is often grown by smallholder farmers in regions like Chiapas and is highly regarded for its clean taste. Key Aspects of Mexican PW Coffee: Processing ("PW"): The coffee is "Prime Washed" or fully washed, meaning the coffee cherry pulp is removed using water before the beans are dried. Flavor Profile: Generally smooth and balanced, making it ideal for medium-dark roasts that highlight milk chocolate or nut notes.
