Inflate your garland just before your party so your balloons look their freshest. Latex balloons start to get cloudy after a few hours due to oxidation. If you need your garland to be installed the day before and to last a few days, you can use a balloon spray. Inflation: Air fill only. No helium required. You will need a pump to blow up the balloons. You can use a hand held air pump or electric pump to inflate balloons for quick installation.
