Wood Round Beads Tugas

These beads are made from the Tugas wood that comes from a tree called molave, commonly found in the tropical islands of Philippines. The name "molave" is from Spanish, derived from Tagalog mulawin. It is valued in the Philippines for its dense durable wood, and was once used extensively in furniture, boats, utensils, and as construction material.
