Mió is a coffee farm in Monte Santo de Minas, built on traceability, land stewardship, and a close relationship between production, forest reserve, and water sources. Grown between Southern Minas and High Mogiana, this naturally processed lot undergoes a 72-hour controlled yeast fermentation, creating a composed cup with structure and balance. Now crafted in recyclable aluminium to protect flavour at its peak.
