Rib Chop — Bone-in (~16 oz; 1 per pack) Cut from the rib section of the loin, closer to the front of the animal. This area has more natural marbling, giving rib chops a richer flavor and extra juiciness. These rounder, slightly smaller chops are easy to cook quickly and stay beautifully moist.
