GŴYR Seren y Mor / Sea Star is a fresh coastal gin made with foraged Welsh laver seaweed, lemon balm, bergamot and rich crushed Serbian juniper. Every launch bottle comes with a limited edition ceramic starfish pendant from Gill Bramley ceramics. This coastal London Dry has foraged laver seaweed as its star ingredient. With crushed Serbian juniper, bergamot, fresh orange zest and lemon balm from the garden, it is fragrant on the nose with a smooth finish from chopped rye.
