Alana Syrah Rosé, Marlborough 2023 Limited Edition Wine Notes: Delightfully elegant and inviting, the bouquet shows Gala apple, citrus peel, strawberry and subtle spice aromas. The palate offers vibrant fruit flavours with fine texture and juicy acidity, finishing lingering and mouth-watering. 5 stars, by Sam Kim, Wine Orbit. 100% Syrah grapes and totally dry with a nice natural fruit sweet finish. The fruit was harvested in the cool of the early morning, crushed/destemmed, then given a brief cold soak to extract just enough colour. The juice was cold-settled and then cool-fermented prior to blending and bottling. Dry Provence style wine with delicate layers of Watermelon, Strawberry and White Peach, giving a refreshing but soft acidity providing length and persistence with an elegant finish.
