Wakaze The Classic Junmai Sake

A sake to go with deep-fried entrees or hearty, meaty main courses. Upon opening, the aromas are mushroom-y and rice bran, couple with subtle dried fruit and fermented undertones. The palate hold flavours more typical of its style - creamy rice and candied ginger, bolstered by notes of green melon, tropical fruits and white strawberry. Balanced and moreish. Best served chilled or at room temperature.
