Mystery Hawkes Bay Chardonnay 2023

A contemporary Chardonnay with aromas of stonefruit, white florals and hazlenut. Grapes were harvested from a range of areas in Hawkes Bay and partially fermented in seasoned French barrels resulting in a refreshing wine with a creamy palate showing flavours of apricot, hazelnut and baking spice with great length. Perfect when paired with white meat and creamy pasta dishes. “I remain resolute in my thoughts about Hawke’s Bay as a premier New Zealand Chardonnay producing region.
