Important Electrical Requirements Before purchasing, confirm that your home’s main electrical panel has a total capacity of at least 150 amps. This 240V unit requires two dedicated 40-amp double-pole circuit breakers, two separate sets of 8 AWG copper wiring and standard 3/4-inch NPT water connections. Installation by a licensed electrician and qualified plumber is recommended. Instant and Continuous Hot Water The on-demand heating system provides hot water as soon as water begins flowing, eliminating the standby heat loss and limited capacity associated with traditional tank-style water heaters.
