When you are catering for a large guest list, dessert should feel generous and considered without leaving you to calculate every flavour yourself. MIXED Catering Pack K brings together six of our most popular mini desserts, selected from customer orders over the past two years. Silky dessert cups, crisp fruit and lemon tarts, vanilla custard pastry and baked cheesecake create a balanced table with colour, texture and familiar favourites. Each component is prepared in our Berwick kitchen and finished to the standards of multi-award-winning pastry chef Kristina. What Is Inside You will receive equal quantities of: Mango panna cotta dessert cup (90ml) Tiramisu dessert cup (90ml) Mini fruit tart (4cm diameter) Mini lemon meringue tart (4cm diameter) Mini vanilla slice New York baked mini cheesecake The menu is fixed to protect flavour balance, presentation and production consistency. Items cannot be swapped or substituted. Guest and Portion Guide Each size is calculated at three pieces per guest. This is suited to events where dessert follows savoury catering or forms part of a larger grazing table. Best enjoyed on the day of pickup or delivery for the best texture and presentation. Planning Minimum 7 days notice. For large weekend events, 14 days or more is recommended. Delivery Saturday and Sunday only, between 9am and 1pm, across Melbourne Metro and South East Melbourne. A $200 minimum applies to delivery orders. Delivery is free for orders of $500 or more.
