Grapefruit, cinnamon bark, rhubarb root, chinotto, allspice berry, anise seed. Each botanical extracted separately, balanced with lemon juice and orange blossom honey. Mediterranean sea salt provides mineral finish. Tart and refreshing with a warm, dry finish—not too sweet, plenty of bite. The cinnamon provides warmth without sweetness, softening the grapefruit's sharp edges while letting the citrus stay bright and forward.
