10 PCS MPn-5 Semiconductor Propane Sensor | UL 2075 Certified

The MPn-5 semiconductor propane sensor adopts a multi-layer thick-film manufacturing process. A heating electrode, measuring electrode and metal oxide semiconductor gas-sensitive layer are integrated on an Al2O3 ceramic substrate and encapsulated in a metal housing. When propane is present in the ambient air, the conductivity of the sensing material changes with gas concentration. This conductivity change can be converted into an electrical output signal through a simple measurement circuit. MPn-5 provides high sensitivity to C3H8, excellent stability and enhanced resistance to common interfering gases. The sensor has achieved UL 2075 certification and is designed for a service life of up to 10 years, supporting OEM manufacturers developing residential, commercial and industrial combustible gas detection products.
